One of our major Facilities Management clients continues to draw on Trident’s expertise and has instructed further surveys of the branch portfolio they are currently responsible for in the South East. We are delighted to respond in the timely manner required with comprehensive surveys of the external fabric; identifying wants of repair and those components that may present a health and safety risk to branch staff or members of the public.
Providing an immediate site based scope of works document as a result of our inspection prompts the rapid delivery of service expected by our client’s client. At a time when confidence and the presentation of an image for a major high street clearing bank is all important we are in the vanguard of a weighty expectation on delivery. We wouldn’t have it any other way.
