Grosvenor Gardens

12-18 Grosvenor Gardens is a Grade II listed building which features a retained façade from a grand terrace of houses built circa 1868, which was designed by Thomas Cundy III. A modern office block is located behind the retained façade, with a date of construction of circa 1970’s.

Trident Building Consultancy have been instructed by Tannen (Grosvenor) Ltd to Project Manage/Contract Administer the Cat A refurbishment works to the ground and first floors of the property, some 11,000 sq ft, with further floors to follow as part of a phased refurbishment scheme. The works also involve the complete replacement of redundant/outdated mechanical and electrical installations as well as structural alterations.

Additional to Project Management and Contract Administration duties, Trident were involved in obtaining Planning and Listed Building Consent and Landlords Consent.
