New instruction with Spicerhaart

Trident have recently been appointed by Spicerhaart to inspect a former pizza restaurant with a view to co-locating two residential letting offices in Newport, South Wales.
The property had been unoccupied for a considerable period of time before our Bristol surveyors arrived to remove hoardings from the doorway and undertake a rather gloomy inspection to establish the extent of enabling works appropriate to fit the premises out for the Client’s intended use.
Craig Keogh, Director of the Bristol office was ‘fortunate’ enough to fulfil the instruction and said, “In all honesty, you know what to expect in Newport, so this wasn’t half-bad!”
