Cheltenham Charm

Trident are delighted to have acted for a Merseyside based fund in their acquisition of this property on the Promenade in the historic spa town of Cheltenham.  A classic Regency styled property built in the early 1800s, our inspection identified areas of concern and implications for likely maintenance expenditure that a freehold interest obligation in the property would incur.

Craig Keogh, Director of the Bristol office was responsible for the instruction and stated, “we’re fortunate to have unrivalled experience within the practice when it comes to surveying period properties like this, not least with my own active membership with the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings (SPAB), but also our in-house CPD where we focus considerable effort on vernacular materials and their historic and contemporary use in construction”.
