Behind the barrier at Buncefield

Trident are acting for three different Landlords and Tenants who own or occupy property affected to varying degrees by the Buncefield fuel depot explosion.
We are working closely with structural engineers and other experts in assessing the extent of the damage, and we are ensuring that the freeholders’ and leaseholders’ interests are protected as reconstruction progresses.
This work involves thorough examination of the subject buildings, which include a 13,465 sqm (145,000 sqft) office block, regular monitoring and reporting, together with liaison with the various parties involved to ensure a speedy return to full use.
The work to some of the properties is likely to take several months to complete, and parts will need to be demolished.
