Further to the recent completion of the project management of a £5M refurbishment project of a number of student accommodation properties at the University of Glasgow, Trident have been retained by Sanctuary Management Services to provide a similar service at the University of Dundee.
A budget of circa £0.5M has been set aside for extensive refurbishment works at one of the Universityís key accommodation sites including upgrading of student flats with new kitchens, upgrading of washing facilities, new floorcoverings, and full internal and external redecoration.
The project is to be split in to two separate phases, with phase one being completed over a ten week period this summer, with a similar programme planned for the following year.
Further projects are planned at other sites this year and next year.
