Another Cool Project for Trident

Trident have been appointed as Project Managers and CDM Coordinators for the installation of a new Air Conditioning system at Orbital House in East Kilbride.

The project has been commissioned by Hansteen Land Ltd following their recent acquisition of the property as part of the Kilmartin Group portfolio. The work will involve the design and installation of a VRF Air Conditioning system for the major tenants, VWS Westgarth, to provide locally controlled heating and cooling for their offices. The project presents a particular challenge for the team as the tenants will remain in occupation throughout the delivery of the project.
