Trident was appointed to project manage the redevelopment of the Middlesex Hospital Annex site, on Cleveland Street, London. The project comprised of a residential redevelopment scheme incorporating around 101 units, a proportion of which are to be affordable.
The initial brief required us to project manage the feasibility review of redeveloping the site for D1 use. Trident was subsequently instructed to prepare another feasibility review, but this time including a residential option, with a view to maximising the potential of the site. Our role required careful liaison with the various stakeholders in the project, together with the many consultants involved. This included, in particular, liaison with the planning expert and the valuation surveyor.
Following the submission of the feasibility report, the client opted to commission the residential redevelopment scheme and Trident project managed the scheme through to submission of a detailed planning application.
