Lockmeadow Leisure Complex

Trident was instructed to act as Cost Manager, Project Manager and Contract Administrator on the reconfiguration of the front entrance and refurbishment of the mall area of the existing leisure complex. The proposed works will result in an enhanced entrance area and the creation of a winter garden space at Level 2.

Trident worked with the design team within a tight programme to ensure an economic design solution whilst also achieving the intended design aspirations. One of the key project constraints is maintaining the building in operation whilst the works are being carried out.
