Trident’s Bristol office was instructed to prepare a detailed Planned Preventative Maintenance Report (PPM Schedule) including budget costs over a 10 year period.
Our client had recently acquired the building and a significant backlog of maintenance was identified including refurbishment works required to pitched roof coverings, façade masonry and windows.
Trident assisted in terms of specifying and procuring a scope of interim repairs to alleviate ongoing water ingress problems whilst a wider scope of refurbishment works was planned and specified. The building is mixed use with a restaurant on the ground floor and fully occupied offices to the upper floors.
Trident has subsequently been instructed to procure and manage the external refurbishment works that are required, including submission of Planning and Listed Building Applications. The works are currently at pre-construction stage, estimated to commence on site during early 2017.
