On behalf of the London Borough of Lewisham, Trident Building Consultancy undertook a review of construction costs as part of a Viability Study. The developer Lend Lease submitted an Outline Planning Application for the total scheme and a detailed application for Phase 1.

Trident undertook a financial review of the development costs which comprises of the following:

• Up to 1,132 residential units – 3 – 24 storeys,
• Retail/Bars (Use Class A1, A2, A3, A4, A5) – 4201m²
• Community space – 1,204 m²
• Offices – 8,725 m²
• Leisure – 2,263 m²
• Car parking – 6,180 m ²
• Cycle parking spaces, highways works, landscaping and service
