Trident was appointed to undertake a building surveyor’s acquisition survey and building reinstatement cost assessment of 3 student residential blocks totalling 121,869ft². Trident was to appoint and lead surveying team on client’s behalf including mechanical and electrical and environmental consultants.
The brief was to undertake a building surveyor’s inspection report and building reinstatement cost assessment of the property. Additionally we were to source and appoint a mechanical and electrical consultant on behalf of the client and also liaise with the preferred environmental consultant. The brief included the requirement to provide planned maintenance advice to determine the likely expenditure required on the property within the next 10 years. The opportunity to reduce the level of expenditure ear marked by the current owner for the maintenance and refurbishment of the asset was of principal importance to our client.
The instruction was to be delivered within relatively short timescales which was achieved to the client’s satisfaction.
