Scope of works

Trident Building Consultancy provided a comprehensive Building Inspection of the multiple campus Upper Bann Institute of Further & Higher Education in order to ascertain the condition of the properties. 

The instruction included the provision of advice in relation to ongoing maintenance, short term corrective repairs, life cycle costs and associated due diligence work.  The inspection was undertaken in the province of Northern Ireland, demonstrating Trident’s ability to cover the whole of the UK.

The services provided the client with a comprehensive assessment on the condition of the portfolio and advice on the future requirements for maintenance.  The service was intended to allow the client to make strategic corporate decisions in relation to current and future use of the premises.
