Scope of Works

Trident provided a comprehensive Building Inspection of the multiple campus of the Upper Bann Institute of Further & Higher Education in order to ascertain the extent and condition of the property.

The instruction was to provide advice in relation to ongoing maintenance, short term corrective repairs and life cycle costs associated with the subject property. The inspection was undertaken in the province of Northern Ireland, demonstrating Trident’s ability to cover the whole of the UK.
