Scope of works
This instruction ultimately realised the conversion and adaptation of former industrial space to a cash and carry and new build restaurant facility. However, Trident initially provided SeeWoo Foods with technical due diligence pre-purchase advice of their leasehold acquisition of the subjects.
Subsequently, Trident undertook negotiations with the landlord and agreed a Scope of Works to create the ‘shell’ warehouse space for the Cash & Carry as well as a ‘new build’ restaurant facility, and subsequently monitored these through to completion.
Trident then appointed a professional team on the clients’ behalf, organised appointments and warranties, contractor selection and appointment, and project managed the client’s own fit-out of the 90,000 sq.ft warehouse to cash and carry and new build restaurant, including liaison with client direct suppliers. The accommodation included warehouse storage, cold store and freezer refrigeration areas, retail sales areas, offices, toilets, food preparation areas, kitchens, etc.
