Conversion of industrial warehouse unit to cash and carry facility. At the outset undertaking a building inspection and providing pre-acquistion advice of the leasehold interest of the above.

Negotiating with the landlord and agreeing on a scope of enabling works, and monitoring through to completion. Appointing the project team on the clients behalf, organising appointments and warranties, contract selection and appointment, liaising with direct suppliers, monitoring through to completion.
