Trident were appointed to undertake fast-track repairs and maintenance of eleven conservation area buildings within St. Christopher’s Place directly behind Oxford Street. From appointment we completed surveys, production of specification documents, competitively tendered, reported and appointed main contractors and started the works within 8 weeks to meet the clients deadline.
