Scope of works
This is a multi-let substantial Listed office building forming part of The Grosvenor Estate in Central London. Our clients have a long leasehold interest and have the building sub-let to high quality tenants.
In this specific case we acted on behalf of the Landlord in relation to Dilapidations when the lease of one of the floors came to an end.
Trident reviewed any relevant documentation, prepared and served a Schedule of Dilapidations. In this case following subsequent negotiations with the tenants and their agents, the tenants opted to deal with repair works. These works were monitored by Trident to ensure the best results were achieved.
