Trident’s Bristol office was appointed to act as the client’s Lead Consultants (Project Manager). Trident assembled an extensive client project team including architects, mechanical and electrical designers and structural engineers. Working with the client and their appointed office agents, a design and specification package was compiled for the building, including the construction of a two storey full height glazed extension to the main entrance.
The project comprises a comprehensive Cat A refurbishment to the whole building including wholesale replacement of all roof coverings, windows, toilet accommodation and mechanical and electrical installations as well as overall improvements to the buildings energy performance to Increase the Buildings EPC rating.
The project is currently on-site for the construction phase and due for completion mid December 2017.
