B&Q, Hadfield Road

Trident’s Bristol office was initially instructed to act on behalf of the Landlord in relation to the terminal dilapidations claim against the former Tenant (B&Q).

During our dilapidations negotiations, the Landlord had agreed Heads of Terms with two new incoming Tenants. The building required sub-division and extensive repair and redecoration as a prerequisite of the new Leases, to agreed timescales.

Trident subsequently procured and project managed the required subdivision, repair and redecoration works to the building including assisting the Landlord with obtaining the necessary Planning Consents.
