RICS is the world's leading professional body for qualifications and standards in land, property and construction. All Trident surveyors are either Fellows, Members or Probationary Members of the Institution. Trident is Regulated by RICS.

ISO 9001
Our systems for Quality Assurance are in accordance with the International Standard for Management Systems BS/EN/ISO/9001:1994 (formerly BS 5750 Part 1). We first achieved independent accreditation in 2002 and this is regularly reviewed and re-assessed.

ISO 14001
Trident was awarded ISO 14001 certification in early 2010. Certification has only been awarded to 1% of UK businesses and this prestigious Environmental Management Systems award is supported by the Government and recognised world-wide.

Carbon Neutral
Trident achieved “Carbon Neutral” status in 2009 by reducing its carbon footprint to net zero. Before giving clients advice on their property portfolios and occupancy, we were determined to get our own house in order first!. Trident can now add real value to its clients by reducing the emissions associated with their supply chain.

UK Green Building Council
Trident joined the UK Green Building Council in October 2010. As a member of the UK-GBC, Trident aims to contribute to the organisations mission ” to dramatically improve the sustainability of the built environment, by radically transforming the way it is planned, designed, constructed, maintained and operated”.

Constructionline
Trident are members of Constructionline. Constructionline is the UK’s largest register of pre-qualified construction contractors and consultants, and has been designed to streamline procurement procedures with a single national pre-qualification scheme.

Association of Project Management
Trident joined the Association of Property Management in October 2010. The Association for Project Management is committed to developing and promoting project and programme management through its Five Dimensions of Professionalism.

Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS)
Trident are are now a Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) registered CDM Coordinator and Designer. CHAS is established as the market leader for health and safety pre-qualification in the UK.

The Association for Project Safety
Trident are a Corporate member of the Association for Project Safety (APS). The Association for Project Safety (APS) is a multi-disciplinary membership body for those who operate in, or have an interest in, Health and Safety Risk Management in the Construction Industry.
