Trident was appointed to project manage a category A refurbishment within a four storey multi-tenanted office building. Our Client wanted to achieve a contemporary warehouse feel which had proved a desirable proposition for tenants in their existing portfolio.

The works included mounting exposed services and the installation of a new glass partitioning which separated the communal lobby and the demise.

The floor also provided a main route of access to the floor above. It was essential that this remained in use which we achieved together with the Contractor through careful planning, management and communication with the tenants.

The works were completed successfully with the space being let very shortly after completion.
