Trident was appointed by The Doctor’s Laboratory as Project Manager and Cost Consultant for the refurbishment and fit out of 18,300ft² of two adjacent Grade II Listed Victorian buildings.

The TDL Patient Centre project involved the preservation of the Listed interior features of the building complemented by a new contemporary style. The facilities include:

• High quality ‘patient facing’ services
• Laboratory/clinical areas
• TDL Consultant Offices

Details of the services provided

• Initial site survey and early design advice
• Project management and contract administration of the scheme
• Managing the project construction cost, consultant fees and furniture contracts.
