48 St Vincent Street

Trident has been retained by RLAM to assist with a range of building surveying services at 48 St Vincent Street for a number of years, assisting with projects including refurbishment of the main entrance reception, external building fabric inspections and repairs, preparation of dilapidations and administration of Landlord refurbishment works to vacant office floors. Over and above this, Trident’s knowledge of the building has also been put to use by assisting a number of occupiers within the building with their fit-out, including current occupiers RSM Tenon and Smart Metering Systems.

Trident has consistently performed, both for the Landlord and occupier, in a number of challenging circumstances, including working within occupied or operational areas; working to constricted timescales where fit-out works were concerned and working alongside both Landlord and Tenant to provide a very high quality of service tailored to the specific needs of the client and the building.
