Trident are acting as Project Managers on the proposed refurbishment, reconfiguration and vertical extension of this 1970’s (60,000ft²) concrete framed office building in the London Borough of Southwark. A feasibility study has been produced considering various options including part retail at ground floor, office use, hotel and hostel use and part residential in order to maximise the value and investment potential of the property.

Detailed discussions were held with the incumbent tenants regarding the project logistics and impact on the building operation which will have a significant impact on the procurement strategy for the project including contract basis, design and sequencing.

Subject to the final decision of the various scheme options the onsite programme will be between 12 and 18 months.
