Scope of Works: The proposed residential use provides 9 units with 7no. one bed flats or studio flats, 1no. two bedroom flat and 1no. three bedroom two level penthouse flat with mezzanine floor and roof terrace area. The conversion project retained the existing retail space at ground floor and part basement along with creating additional retail space at basement level.
The client brief required the project to be assessed within an existing planning consent for the conversion to residential use which was inherited with the purchase of the property. The feasibility exercise involved managing the input from a number of consultants due to the complexity of the scheme.
