Trident provided an initial feasibility report on a number of options for redevelopment and refurbishment of the vacant premises. Instructions were received to refurbish all three floors of the office accommodation and the two reception areas, including an element of tenant fit-out work. We provided a medium to high specification refurbishment following a separate strip out contract being completed.

Trident advised on the tenant’s fit-out requirements for legals and upon completion prepared and agreed a Schedule of Condition on certain elements of the premises in accordance with the Agreement for Lease.
