Trident provided an initial feasibility report on a number of options for redevelopment and refurbishment of the vacant premises. Instructions were received to refurbish all 3 floors of the office accommodation and the two reception areas, including an element of tenant fit-out work. We provided a medium to high specification refurbishment following a separate strip out contract being completed.

Trident advised on the tenant’s fit-out requirements for legals and upon completion prepared and agreed a schedule of condition on certain elements of the premises in accordance with the Agreement for Lease.
