Trident is currently acting as Project Manager on the proposed refurbishment of this 1950’s/60’s 9,500m2 (102,250ft2) concrete framed office building in the London Borough of Southwark.
The proposed works comprise replacement windows and external restoration protection works and a comprehensive internal refurbishment to the majority of the floors including toilets, lifts, lift lobbies, staircases and reception.
The scheme is being delivered via 3 phases of work with the final phase providing an extension to the 8th floor office space and a new roof terrace. Four retail units have been provided at ground floor level with 3no. let and operating successfully. Part ground to 6th floor office space is let with a tenant fitted out and operating with both the 7th and 8th floors currently being marketed.
The on-site programme over the 3 phases will be circa 18 months.
