Trident provided Technical Due Diligence advice for the acquisition of the prestigious 12 Golden Square, near Piccadilly Circus. Trident also provided Reinstatement Cost Assessment advice.
The 2,439m² (26,244ft²) office building had been the home of various renowned film and media organisations. UBS is understood to have beaten a number of UK funds to buy the 26,244ft² property and is expected to undertake a refurbishment of the building, which Trident will be Project Managing.
The scheme is currently being developed by a Design Team headed by Tate Hindle Architects.
The team expect to be seeking Planning Permission for the project in the summer.
