Trident was instructed by a commercial occupier to undertake an inspection and produce a planned maintenance schedule of a terrace of Georgian Listed buildings currently occupied as solicitors offices.

Internally and externally we were able to provide budgets and timeframes for best value redecoration cycles, whilst specific building surveying skills were utilised externally to recommend conservation compliant historical fabric repairs, including budgets and even provide details of specialist contractors suited to undertake essential year 1 conservation works.

Prior to the inspection Trident reviewed the lease to ensure that the recommended actions were in line with the tenant s repairing and redecoration lease obligations and we were able to advise the tenant that they had limited liability for certain parts of their building.
