Trident acted as Project Manager on the internal CAT A refurbishment of the upper floors of this office building in Holborn.

Phase 1 of the works included the refurbishment of the operational reception, lifts and common parts; the creation of new VIP showers and locker rooms at ground floor; and secure bike stores within basement car park.

Phase 2 of the works included a comprehensive Cat A refurbishment of four upper floors including WCs and roof terraces.

A separate contract was undertaken to clean and repair the external curtain wall and cladding to the whole building including glazing replacement.

The lower floors of the building were fully occupied for the duration of the works.  The upper floors were successfully let and Trident advised on Licences for Alterations.
