Trident’s Bristol office was initially instructed to undertake technical due diligence at pre-acquisition stage on behalf of our client.

Our Building Inspection Report highlighted repair works required to the building. Trident’s Bristol office was subsequently instructed to procure and manage the refurbishment of an end of terrace vacant retail unit.

The unit was comprehensively refurbished internally and externally. The unit had remained vacant for a significant period of time. Upon completion of the works, a new letting was agreed within two months following a significant increase in prospective Tenant interest.
